My name is Miss Margaret. I am a warm hearted female teacher aged 37 years old, with teaching experience of over 14years. I have a strong power of understanding my learners according to their abilities.
Having got an experience in teaching and trained as a Waldorf school teacher, I approach my learners according to their age needs and their abilities.
I begin by assessing my learner to identify his/her level of learning. Then plan my teaching according to the learner's need. I therefore come up with the term calendar or term plan together with the timetable, which I share with the learner and the parent, showing clear objectives.
I then begin teaching and assessing learners progress. Finally I write down a report; which I share with my learner and his/her parent.
I feel great because I have encountered very many learning challenges in teaching but I have been able to provide a remedy for each. I am also a very determined teacher thus always encouraging my learners to stay focused on their goals.
Teaching is my passion!
