As I am very much detail oriented person.My job is not to give answers to student .It is to train my students to be able to find answers when they need to. Finding interesting and meaningful projects and challenges for them to work on. Help them to feel connected to the subject.
Constantly help and encourage my students to become excellent learners. Are they becoming excellent learners? Are they finding joy in learning and in meeting intellectual challenges? Then I have done an excellent job.

Excellence: I am highly competent about the subject matter that i handle and seek to achieve peer recognition in consulting, thought leadership and/or research.
Enthusiasm: Teacher's interests fuels students' intellectual pursuits. I am very passionate about creating engagement in the classroom, and treat every lecture as a performance. I am constantly improving their material by making it more real-world.
Empathy: Arguably, the most important of the three and probably the most difficult. I care for their students. I expect and know that their students come from increasingly diverse backgrounds and learning capabilities. I spare no effort to make every student feel important, included and motivated. I exhibit utmost patience when dealing with those students who need the most improvement. Above all, they are fair and perceived to be fair.
