I teach by giving student less home work but that is effective and students can easily understand divide topics and then make them understand student performance is based on the work he does if he is not doing his homework then will not understand what is taught. I teach by giving student assignment and thinking work,quiz etc.
I ask students to ask questions if they are not understanding the topic.I ask students to work regularly and with punctuality.I speak loud and slow so that students can easily understand what I say.I ask students at the end different questions to judge whether they grasped anything I taught to them
