I am more of a hands-on teacher. I create my own teaching activities and charts. I try to engage students as much as possible and make the lessons as interactive as possible. I cater my lessons as much as possible to meet the needs of my students. When planning and executing my lessons, I try to use differentiated strategies and activities. I work at the student's level first and then try and bring them up to the level they should be at. I try to incorporate the different learning styles in my lessons.
