I am attach with teaching profession since last 6 years and along with teaching experience I have administrative experience as well because I am working as Lecturer (HRM) in Quaid e Azam College, Rawalpindi since Jan 2017 and Manager HRM in University of Wah wef 23 Aug 2016 till date. My teaching characteristics is as under:
Clear the concept of student through focusing on case study.
Focus on student presentation skills.
Clear the student concept by giving them examples which based on daily routine.
I am also working as HR Manager in University of Wah, so I teach my student practically . Therefore, my class result is 95% in HRM subjects.
