Teaching is a great profession makes us perfect in personality. I am a teacher and I love my profession . It is the most respectable job because students and teacher have strong relationship with each other.I have one year of independent teaching experience. My teaching way is more powerful by handling students with patience and understanding of their interests. Students interest is the first thing to need for studying. I manage my way as the interest of students and add my own skills and management to help them succeed. Students mind level and their ability to work matters in their studies. Their needs should be considered and fulfill according to their mind level. My personal approach is to teach my students based on "their individual goals" and " the type of learner they are" because everyone is different and everyone learn differently.
I like to use personalized teaching methods that includes diagrams, PowerPoint presentation etc.
I also believe in 3D visual representation so I provide scientific videos about the topic if students want.
Humbleness and politeness are the most important things a teacher must have these qualities for best practice and I have these qualities.
Always cooperative with my students.
