I focus on the singing techniques by providing training of voice culture i.e. how to sing and how to use your voice and body, basics of hindustani classical music and careful understanding and listening of sur and taal. I also guide the student with respect to understanding the theory which is equally important when learning Hindustani Classical Music.

This technique has worked wonders for students with absolutely no formal training of music as well as students with a good background of music training. Students have developed interest and love for the this art form and have continued learning online for 2+ years and are still continuing.

Filled with loads of activities, games and fun, we learn Indian Classical Music by making it interactive, interesting and playful. Students from 5 years to any age above thoroughly enjoy these classes! We learn new concepts and compositions every other class and also make sure we keep revising the ones we covered earlier.
PS: I teach songs and compositions according to the time of the year as well. For example, I teach Diwali songs for Diwali, Holi songs for the occasion of Holi and so on for Ganesh Chaturthi, Independence Day, Republic Day, Christmas etc. and generic songs that students can sing at any occasion with friends and family. I occasionally cover a few Bollywood and Semi Classical compositions too!
