As a 21st century facilitator and teacher, i believe in my students, the potential they have and the confidence the show in doing their tasks given. I guide through my students to be able to tap their unutilized multi-intelligence and be able to aply in solving everyday life problems in the society. I use learner -centered methods in teaching my students like; flipping the classroom, enquiry based learning and many others. Learners normaly decide what they want to learn and they control their learning activities. Every learner has to learn and understand in my class. I can vary my teaching methods to be able to cater the needs of every learner in my classroom.

    Physics fee is lower than mathematics fee becouse of doing examples and answering students' questions. Also for maths, a student may request for a repeat during the lesson and you end up teacher past time
