The institutes in which I had completed my graduation and post graduate degree gave me a good experience of yoga and taught me how to use that yoga for welfare of self and others. I have secured good marks in NET exam with Jrf which is a national level exam which is conducted by NTA UGC. Participants are going to enjoy my class for sure.I have approximately one year of experience in Arogyadhama of Svyasa university which makes me better yoga therapist then others of the same field. Teaching asanas is my one of the hobbies which I like the most and enjoys while doing.
