My teaching style is that I do student centred method where my focus is on the student - meaning I encourage my students to take an active role in my class like interacting and asking questions rather than taking more time in the passive activities like listening to a lecture or writing an essay. I do encourage, open communication, curiosity, creativity and exploration. At the end of the class I ask students to reflect on what they have learnt. I also have strong relationships with my students by being warm, available, and kind. I reach out to parents often, with both updates and concerns. Thank you very much.
