    This firm is a major hotel supplier since from last 20 years, in the Riyadh. This firm is also into hospitality supplier business. The 5-star, 3 star and 2-star hotels are their major customers. Apart from this they also supply hospital items to specialized hospital and research center throughout Riyadh.
    Secretary: Being a secretary I used to work on MS Office, making quotation for the customers requested for hotel and hospital items. Relationship between accounts departments, warehouse, and head office.
    Duties:
    a. Sending quotations to customers as per their request.
    b. Communication between head office and other departments.
    c. Assisting store keeper during container unloading.
    d. Following up with sales executives for pending orders.
    e. All the drafting sort of work, I used to do as secretary.

    b. Arranging the Camps such as BMD, Campaigns, etc. For providing the service to the society.
    c. Making availability of the products at the chemist store.
    d. Building the good repo with doctors for long term business point of view.
    e. Finally developing the business and increasing the sales month on month, with respect to primary and secondary.
