I am an anthropologist with more than 12 years of experience working in the field of research, development and human rights. I have extensive experience in academic writing, research design, implementation and analysis on a wide variety of issues. I have a first class honours degree in Anthropology, a Masters degree in International Development and PhD in Anthropology that looked at the child combatants of the Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia (FARC) which involved extensive fieldwork in Colombia. Course Designer (Feb, 2022–Jun, 2022) at Manhattan Learning
Designed a course on human trafficking for healthcare workers and social workers in the United States. The course aimed to teach learners about how to identify victims of human trafficking and human traffickers. The course also focused on teaching learners what steps to take once they had identified a victim and how to best assist them.
Consultant (Feb, 2021–Jun, 2021) at Raul Wallenberg Institute
Conducted a qualitative research project on sexual violence against boys in Cambodia to explore the legal barriers facing boys who have been sexually abused in accessing justice. I conducted an extensive literature review as well as key informant interviews with NGO workers as well as boys and men from the local community. I then, in conjunction with First Step Cambodia, drafted a research paper based on the findings from the literature review and key informant interviews.

Consultant (Feb, 2020–Aug, 2020) at UNICEF
Worked on a consultancy to develop a training package to guide frontline staff to practice specific job behaviors that are required to protect children on the move in Ethiopia, Kenya and Uganda. I conducted a desk review of existing laws and policies in Ethiopia, Kenya and Uganda related to children on the move as well as conducted interviews with key informants in which included social workers, police officers, child protection officers and UN staff. I then drafted a final report on the findings from the key informant interviews.

For standard tutoring the fee is $55 however, for more complex assistance such as editing academic text, the fee may be higher.
