I’m Jed, a Certified Public Accountant based in the Philippines. I ranked 18th in the National Licensure Examination for Certified Public Accountants last October 2019. I have relevant experience in both teaching accounting and taxation subjects. I also have relevant experience in public and private accounting practice. I love teaching as much as I love learning. I find joy in sharing my knowledge to anyone, whether a colleague or my students. I adjust the pace and method of my teaching depending on the level of understanding of my students to ensure that they can relate and absorb the topics discussed. I also customize some handouts and/or materials/practice sets to better elaborate and explain certain topics.

    I taught 2nd and 3rd year BS Real Estate Management students on Accounting and Taxation subjects.
  • Tax Supervisor (Jun, 2021–Present) at LFUG Group of Co.
    I handle and supervise the tax compliance and reporting of the companies with the Group. I also prepare tax studies and documentation such as Transfer Pricing Study among others. I assist in BIR Audit and other assessments. I also take part in the local business tax computation and coordination.
  • Tax Associate (Dec, 2019–May, 2021) at SGV & Co.
    Deals with tax compliance and reporting of several companies primarily in the real estate industry also includes those from transportation and utilities, hospital and medical services, sugar, professional services, and the like. Also assists in BIR audits and reconciliations, year-end tax review, etc.

Fee details

    ₱500–1,500/hour (US$8.58–25.74/hour)

    Preferably online setup. However, should the client require me to do a face-to-face tutorial, food and transpo shall be shouldered by him/her which is not yet included in the hourly rate.
