Understanding the weaknesses and strength of children is very important. I teach the students in a way that they overcome their fear of subject and work upon their weak areas. Once the interest is created in the subject, it becomes easier for the children to understand the concepts. As a teacher, I would always want my students to love the subject and enjoy the process of learning. I always emphasise on concept clarity rather than mugging up the things . My students in the past scored well and are now placed in very good colleges.
