Hi,
I am Kaleem Ahamd Siddiqui
I first start the class with on going local or international news and then talk about the student's interest. For e.g like sports or gaming, maybe career. Then I start reading by text book while explaining the topics in details with examples and I make sure to relate the text with examples that student can relate to his experience. So student can understand it and memorize it at the spot. I usually do small jokes related to the topics to develop the interest of student and to get focus on my words.
I do not give assignment/homework pressure to student in any way because I know it lose the interest of student. I work with the student, I write, I read, I even learn/memorize the topics with student and ask them to make a competition that who can explain the concept of topic well without forgetting any point. I never angry on student if they do not attempt the assignment. I make sure and help them to complete the assignment in class. So that student perform and do not think of being guilty.
At last I only want to say that I teach those students that were sure that they were not able to pass the exams. I made them to pass the exam with good grades.
