Hello I'm Sandra an art and design teacher based in Nairobi. I'm good at painting on canvas and on water colour paper, tie and dye,batik, drawing, weaving, printing, ornamentation, graphic design, ceramics sculpture among other interesting topics in art. I teach art by introducing the student to the most important concept in art, that is elements and principles of art. There after, I believe the student is ready and able to apply the knowledge acquired to produce beautiful pieces of art that can be used for aesthetics and even economical purposes. I help the student in developing a great portfolio and developing his or her skill. What makes me a great teacher is my ability to connect with my students and understand their needs on a personal level. In addition to that, I'm an active teacher and a cheerleader, therefore students do enjoy my classes.
