As an English language teacher, I have experience of 5 years teaching learners of English language and Literature of all educational levels and skills. I am passionate about helping students develop their language skills and become confident communicators. I have honed my skills in creating engaging and effective lesson plans that cater to the needs of diverse learners. My teaching philosophy is centered around creating a safe and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable taking risks and making mistakes. I believe that language learning should be fun and interactive, and I strive to incorporate games, activities, and real-life scenarios into my lessons to make them more engaging. One of my greatest strengths as a teacher is my ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual learners. In addition to my teaching skills, I am also highly organized and detail-oriented. I understand the importance of keeping accurate records and tracking student progress, and I am proficient in using a variety of tools and software to do so.
