My greatest desire is to see my student succeeding in life at school and after school, therefore I encourage the following 1. Consulting on topics that are not trivial 2. providing space and time for consultation on different social media 3. using digital technologies to solve complex work for all types of learners 4. Ensuring learner's and documenting the outcome of every consultation is captured and progress to ensure individual growth in the subject area is realized 5. I use a variety of teaching methods to ensure every learner achieves the same goal. What makes me outstand from the rest is that i have maintained a 95% rate in the years I have taught. I have also taught varying cultures around the world including those from refugee camps I use inclusive education, many differentiation strategies which include singing songs, video recording, debates to ensure a concept is fully grasped by learner. I do record guide my learners about emotional issues that they do face for example relationships, drug addicts, group influence. I greatly encourage interdisciplinary learning in order to give meaning to learning during learner's encounter with me.
