The only thing I believe being a teacher, is to give respect to your students and being kind to them. It is not our knowledge that benefits them, it is our behavior. How we talk to them and how we listen to their problems. Moreover, I prefer making my students learn rather than memorize. I will be satisfied with the income only if my students grabbed the concept from all directions. One last thing, the actual learning is not what we have come to but to understand the way how we learnt the concept. This attitude develops such high skills inside ourselves that enhance our learning and understanding abilities.
