Student-centered, the teacher is only a facilitator. Lecture and solving problems. I will teach the most essential learning competency. Base on my experience, I can say that I am capable to do the job. If after giving the students an assessment test and it has an above average results then I can say that I am a great teacher. Every now and then I will give them a formative test in order to know the learning of the students every topic discuss, by applying a short quiz and an oral quiz.
