I cherish creating an inspiring learning atmosphere to nurture students potential and self confidence. Besides setting reasonable targets for my students, I respect their individual differences in learning ability thus the high value I personally accord to differentiation and individualised approach to my teaching of Biology. My own passion and willingness to learn, unlearn and relearn sustains my quest to provide my student with the highest quality of learning possible. Biology being a life science, I always like learning and incorporating new strategies more especially iCT into my lessons and I am willing to introduce mew resource materials to both my students and fellow teachers.
