Hi, I am Santhosh. I am currently doing my research in IIT Delhi Dsire lab. Having 7 years of work experience. Teaching was my unknown strength which I could realise during the placement time of my undergrad college days. When I was in undergrad, Accenture came for hiring. I had two roommates who were from Non Computer Science (CS). background. I taught them Programming basics, Java which made them clear the probationary exam of Accenture. Having known from these friends, other people of Non-CS background starting approaching me and it was around 20 people who got secured the job.
Also I had the opportunity to teach a class of 200 students of undergrad while I was studying at Rutgers university. This helped me to address the difficulties of students at different levels of competency.
