I'm a kathak Dancer and teacher. I teach authentic Lucknow Gharana of kathak and I'm a disciple of Guru Vidushi Madhumita Roy who is a senior disciple of Kathak Maestro Pt. Birju Maharaj.I have done my masters in kathak from Rabindra Bharati University. I've also attended workshops of eminent Gurus. I'm a winner of Vande Bharatam Nritya Utsav organized by Ministry of Culture and Ministry of Defence. I've performaned in various festivals. I teach my students with a lot of care and my method of teaching are very technical. I create a friendly environment so that the student can ask any question without any hesitation.With sudha kathak I also teach choreography on songs as per students requests.I also provide video of the things learned in the class for the convenience of students.Duration of a class is usually 45 minutes -1hour. Weekly one class but it can vary upto the students choice.I also provide theoretical knowledge. If I miss a class then I make sure to compensate that.I give a lot of examples so that the students can understand easily.
