I have wide experience of teaching in schools colleges and universities and corporates i have also travelled to 6 countries and taught yoga in Europe and travelled to many parts of India. I teach hathayoga, meditation and pranayama which has been my strength and also do Theraputic yoga. I teach yoga in a different ways with viniyasa yoga and Aathma SHUDDHI yoga...my scientific research and development on different ailments will help cure back pain weight loss and control diabetes.I also do organic food treatment to detox the body and mind
