I specialise in 30 mins power packed work outs designed for working people. This program combines continuous training, interval training, functional, flexibility Training.
This is a holistic fitness training program.

I teach Yoga for flexibility which includes Hatha, Vinayasa and Power Yoga.
I also teach Pilates which is a core workout program and helps in strengthening.
Yogalates, a combination of Yoga and Pilates is my favourite and is loved by the practitioners.

I teach yoga to kids & curate fitness training programs for Special Needs Children.

I conduct online and offline events on yoga, Pilates, Resistance Training.
Art therapy and combination of yoga for general wellness and awareness in collaboration with specialised Art therapists.

    Banker turned yoga teacher and mother of a 2 year old.I did my Yoga teachers training course from SVYASA University Bangalore in the year 2017.
    I have been teaching for last 3 years.Taking online sessions on Hatha Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation.I have been teaching Pilates since last 6 months online sessions and also conducting offline events on Yoga and Pilates.
    I haven voluntarily teaching yoga to the under privileged children in association with NGOs.
    I am also an art therapy enthusiast so, I have been constantly working on combining the practice of yoga and art therapy together and conducting events with the guidance of Art Therapists.
