My teaching style can best be described as interactive, supportive, and transparent. I encourage my students to have a voice in the classroom, ask questions when they come up, and participate actively in all conversations regardless of their level of confidence. For example, if I notice my students are weaker in a particular standard than I know my original method is not working. So, I need to think outside the box and gather more strategies from new sources. Depending on the type of student, I simply prefer individual approach to teaching, and I alternate between being an authority, demonstrator, facilitator, and delegator.
