I have twenty years of teaching experience at higher secondary level.I always try to understand the level of knowledge of the student.Such an understanding is quit important to pay individual attention and provide learning activities.I always believe that anything can be taught to any body in an intellectually honest way.Examination has a significant role in the process of learning especially in mathematics.The skill of solving problem is developed when we face it alone without any assistance.Test paper is effective only when it is followed by remedial teaching.Direct instruction is sometimes more helpful than enquiry based learning.
