A teacher should be a good listener so I’m a good listener and adapt to changes as per the students requirements . I keep the patience of teaching a students as many times as the student required in any particular topic and listings out the problems and redoing it . Maths as different methods I will try to find the easiest way to teach it and because of which there will be more improvements in grades. These are the skills which I have gained from my experience and consistently working on things.
