Complete Fraud,Never trust, Ditched at very last moment

He agreed for doing an assignment and asked for advance then after agreement I paid him advance but once after getting the payment he stops responding for two days and when I forced him to give me update then he started bluffing me that I have done 4 questions,I will submit you like that and when the deadline comes he refused to provide the assignment not even single question that time I got shock.he was literally telling lie... I suffered allot because of him...still after all this he refused to give my advance payment back...what a unprofessional,cheater , scammer he is.... I'm going to complain to teacheron for his scam and I will make sure they block this person id for sure....so no one suffer like me
