I take care of the following while I engage anyone in my sessions...

1. Create an interest in the subject and the the topic which is being discussed...
2. Clarify the concept and the idea to ensure he / she can reproduce itself...
3. Assign and also help in the completion of tasks...
4. Evaluate their narrative write ups / mathematical derivation (if any, associated with the topic / concept)...
5. Keep a track if their overall academic prowess is increasing over time...
6. Ensure that the participants regularly attends all the sessions and complete their home work on time...
7. Share with their parents, in a periodic manner, their progress reports to ensure that the sessions are meeting their expectations...
8. As far as styles are concerned, I teach using English narratives normally, unless I'm specifically requested to use some other vernacular that I know...
9. Use online platforms like Google Meet or MS Team in conjunction with white boards and supported by some in built software (Like One Note etc.) and pen tab to explain any Graphical ? mathematical concepts embracing the topic...
10. All my class notes are shared in my Google Classroom that I dedicate for the students or the batch (if any)...
