I am a trained linguist who works in the fields of language, culture, and communication. The cultural and representational issues of verbal, non-verbal, and visual communication are my focus of attention. This allows me to understand the needs of students from various backgrounds. I have had experience of teaching Saudi, Iraqi, Jordanian, Tibetan, and Indian students from various socio-cultural backgrounds. Personal attention to the needs and issues of the students makes a distinct and popular teacher. I always attempt to give something that is not available in the textbooks. My experience of various cultures and people helps me a lot in understanding the problems faced by students in grasping the concepts. Interesting content and a personal approach in teaching are two of my most conspicuous. traits. My thrust will always be on making the concepts comprehensible so that the learner can observe examples all around them.
