During my life as a student, I felt most of my teachers taught based more on books than on experience in their respective fields. The value added I can provide is a combination of theory or based on the books but complementing it with the more than 20 years I have of professional experience. I believe students pay good money to be prepared for what is out there and to face how things work in real life and that is exactly what teachers should provide. I encourage an ambiance where students can ask all sorts of questions. I never promise I have all the answers, but always promise to find them together to provide a rich learning experience.
