Jacqueline Wong Mandarin and English Tutor

I tailor my teaching to the student's way of learning and incorporate fun activities into the learning experience.

One of the proudest I have been as a tutor was that time I was teaching a student who didn't like Mandarin and was not getting a good grade, after being his tutor he not only had a positive outlook on his Mandarin lessons but his grades had significantly improved.

I research various resources that I can use with my students. I use the YCT books for my younger Mandarin students which can prepare them for the Youth Chinese test. Finishing the YCT 1 and 2 will enable them to take and pass HSK 1.
