The most effective and successful teaching style based on the years of my teaching experience that I practiced is the student -centred / constructivist approach, building up knowledge. Using students' prior knowledge, learning from known to the unknown. It involves interactive lectures, experiential learning and hands on tasks, students are fully engaged in their learning. As a teacher I believe that I am a facilitator of learning. I use activities in teaching and learning to encourage self -learning, problem solving, logic and questioning. I am an active listener, patient, possess empathy and respective attitude.
