I'm a passionate Yoga & Face yoga Trainer with over 7+ years of experience in online and offline yoga classes. I'm running a yoga studio ( Aathma Yoga Studio) in Kerala. Other than me we have well experienced Yoga Trainers in our studio. We are already conducting INDIVIDUAL sessions along with diet support for students in USA, Canada, UK, UAE, Germany, Sreelanka, Australia, Ireland and India. **Currently we are conducting only one to one sessions only**
In 2017, I completed Diploma in Yogic Science from MG University Kerala, PG Diploma in Yogic Science and Naturopathy from Sports university Tamilnadu, and in 2021, I have completed the 200 hours Teacher Training from Yoga Alliance US and acquired in depth knowledge on anatomy and phycological science behind every asanas, postures and breathing techniques of Yoga Teaching. I'm eager to share my knowledge and experience. Individual classes are being offered based on student's body, mind and health condition. Surya Namaskar or Sun Salutation is a sequence of 12 powerful yoga poses. Besides being a great cardiovascular workout, Surya Namaskar is also known to have an immensely positive impact on the body and mind.
Practicing Surya Namaskar steps is best done early morning on an empty stomach. Each round of Sun Salutation consists of two sets, and each set is composed of 12 yoga poses. Moon Salutation is a sequence of yoga postures which harness and honor the energy of the moon. Moon Salutations are considered cooling and soothing for the body, as opposed to the heating, invigorating nature of the Sun Salutations. They are considered particularly useful for practicing during the full moon, new moon or waning moon, as these are times when the body’s energy is naturally thought to be lower. They are also often used for evening yoga practice.
