In teaching I prefer teacher and learner participation.After each lesson I engage in discussion with learners on what we have learned by engaging them with questions.
This results to understand if learners have acquired the concept being conveyed to them.
What makes me a great teacher is that I believe I am an enthusiastic, self-motivated,realizable, responsible and a hard working person.I am a mature team worker and adaptable to all challenging situations.
I am able to work well both in a team environment as well as using own initiative.I am able to work well under pressure and adhere strict deadlines.
