• Handling review, implementation and coordination as CLIENT representative for approval of: Project HSE Plan/Actions Plan, Procedures and standards in accordance with MOL Bridging document, Initial Environmental Examination (document 500019.AF.IEE.FO1,EIA), Legal/Ministry of Labour & Contractual requirements, and HSE International standards and Best Practices.

• Efficiently functioned as a team leader in implementation of contractor HSE MS (Health, Safety and Environment Management System) in view of CLIENT requirements
• Implementing the Company's policies and Safety Management System, motivating and training of management, office staff and crews in the observation of such policies.
• Co-coordinate the implementation and maintenance of an approved and documented Health, Safety and Environment system, in accordance with Company requirements.
• Plans and manages HSE budget, objectives and resource requirements.
• Ensured that all applicable systems, procedures and documentation are in place, and all personnel are familiar and complying with them prior to commencement of work
• Ensure that all rig area, plant, equipment, facilities, and vessels are fit for purpose, certified, and suitable in every respect for the safe and satisfactory performance of the Works.
• Conducting internal audits and assessments to ensure the compliance with policies and standards by following the guidelines of QHSE-MS.
• Developing office & site ERP and HSE Orientation. Ensure induction training, of all personnel under their control in the safe working procedures relevant to their activities. Ensure that all personnel under their control are adequately qualified and experienced for the jobs they undertake.
• Reporting risk / hazard / accidents, and taking part in investigation procedures.
• Preparing SOP's standard operating procedure, JSA's and HARC for various critical and non-routine operations.
• Ensure that the relevant risk assessments are undertaken and reviewed.
• Ensure and maintain all safeguards and controls as required by the Safe System of Work / Risk Assessment.
• Conducting daily safety meetings, TBT, Weekly safety meetings.
• Conducting HSE Drills (Fire, Medevac,Oil Spill).
• Inspecting Cranes, Forklifts, vehicles and all other safety equipment.
• Prepare office and operation sites for QHSE Management System audits.
• Attending client safety meetings.
• Communicate HSE Policy and Processes to all personnel. Maintain effective consultation in respect of Health, Safety and Environmental management. Include Health, Safety and Environment as an agenda item in all meetings.
• Responsible for personal safety and for ensuring work is undertaken using safe working practices.
