I'm a teacher that's cooperative and flexible to offer genuine help where necessary and at the same time interactive with the learners to get to know them for me to offer quality services.Learning how to align learning targets with states standards is benefiting my ability to understand which areas to take a recap on to ensure my students are able to gain the content that is needed of them.This information allows me to focus on areas that proves difficult in understanding for my students. To ensure that i meet the standards of the learners, conducting research on the successful methods used to lighten up learners and and get them to have that enthusiasm that encourages them drives me to have that passion of teaching and to help students that need help. I have once used this strategy and it really led to positive results.
