Fee for home or online personal 1-1 classes depends upon the therapeutic aspects or any specific requirement such as back pain, stress, diabetics, weight loss and gain, timing, distance and location.
Every class is of 1 Hour.

Yogic methods suitable for all ages
I recently had the pleasure of attending a yoga class taught by instructor: Kishore, an incredibly talented instructor. Not only is he proficient in the art of yoga, but he also has the unique ability to communicate fluently in multiple languages. His deep understanding of yoga and his ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds make his classes truly special. I highly recommend Kishore to anyone looking to deepen their practice and expand their knowledge of yoga. Taught practices to help resolve anxiety, and stress. Has a history volunteering with his ‘Guru’ to help people lead healthier lives using yogic methods suitable for ALL ages. Not only provided instruction to me in a clear and easy manner, but also provided tips for performing the postures in easier ways. Improved my Spinal cord strength, and thereby most of my posture.

Excellent Yoga Teacher for Holistic Wellbeing
Kishore Sir has been instrumental in bringing holistic fitness not just to the physical body but also the mind. He is extremely patient and thoughtful in planning the journey towards achieving the true fruits of yoga. Sir listens well to one's constraints and physical limitations and adapts his style to guide your practice.
In the last 2 months with regular yoga sessions - i have been pleasantly surprised by my own development in all the three domains - strength conditioning, and toning. Not to mention that most of persistent pre-diabetic and hypertension have been effectively alleviated and being managed well.
Importantly, i find a humble, honest and learning-oriented friend in the Sir and would recommend him to anyone - new to experienced - to benefit from his association.

Great coach for flexibility, healing and strength building
I have been working on hatha yogic practices with Kishore for 3 months and my body and mind are in a much better state. Kishore combines intense asanas, pranayama with appropriate mix of relaxation exercises to give my body sufficient time to recover, which in my case has been very helpful. His guidance on how to combine breathing techniques with asanas has helped me achieve a deeper experience while doing yoga. It has also helped me stay more energetic and at peace throughout the day.
