I am in this teaching field since 5 years.
Before starting the tutorial some oral test are taken to know how much student know above the subject.
After every chapter i conducts small test of the chapter to know how much student learned.
Regular sums are given to student to practices at home.
Students as slotted as per their schedule .
Students are given time to solve the sums to improper concentration and speed on the sums to complete sums & paper on time.
Monthly progress update are given to parents about their child.
Students are given full concentration during the teaching.
After completing the syllabus i taken a test of full subject.
I provide some notes to students.
Students are teached as per their comforted languages - English or Hindi
