When it comes to teaching kids I am very patient and sincere to the core. Understanding the needs of the kids is a very significant step in teaching. As a mother of a 6th grader, I can fully understand the needs of a kid at this age. I strongly feel that every being is gifted with some talent or the other, and with the help of a mentor he or she can reach great heights. Teaching slowly according to the need of the kid, making them understand the concept rather than making them by-heart the given stuff would in the long run help the kid's education. Whether it is studies or extracurricular activities, personalized training would help the student in a big way. Nowadays listening to the needs of the little ones itself would be of advantage to them. Making the class more interactive, by persuading the kid to ask questions is my style of teaching. I use specimens or diagrams to help kids to understand concepts. I believe in the saying; IF YOU GIVE A MAN A FISH YOU FEED HIM FOR A DAY, IF YOU TEACH A MAN TO FISH YOU FEED HIM FOR A LIFETIME.
