I am a retired college lecturer with an experience of teaching graduate and post graduate students for thirty years.I prepare the lessons beforehand and write questions of that part which i will discuss after the end of the lesson.I am always available to the students for their doubts regarding the topic.I give them the text books for reference.I conduct test papers regularly and point out their mistakes in the answer paper after correction.I am in touch with their parents to know how much attention they are giving to their studies.If the student is not interested and not learning the lesson it is a waste of time.I make it sure that my time is spend usefully.to the students.
