I am always seeking that fantastic feeling of finally getting through to a pupil who “just couldn’t get it”. I make sure that the environment is conducive to students and is noise free.
I make my students practice more and more, give assignments and research projects of their level, and conduct tests and quizzes every week or at the end of every chapter. I make sure to get excellent results by practicing different strategies depending on the level and psychology of the student. I am a strong advocate of student well-being and social development and employ a range of tactics when approaching educational or pastoral issues.
