I am a student-centered Teacher who is passionate about imparting skills and values . My goal is for the student to learn beyond the classroom walls but in the real world . I engage with the student applying the Paretto principle of 80%:20% where the 80% is for student participation and 20% practice of the skills and competencies learned. I believe that students acquire learning if we lower the affective filter ( making the students at ease and love learning) by giving memorable, understandable and durable or lasting (MUD) lessons.
