After 20 years as a teacher in medical schools and almost similar number of years as a students, I'm now a patient, passionate and confident teacher with up to date information and command over subject. I can develop lesson plans, putting them into action, encouraging discussions, administering and grading tests and giving out assignments.
I am able to adapt teaching style to suit the needs of different students. And also be able to adapt the course schedule to spend adequate time on each topic.
