For years and years, my interest in my chosen subject matter, which is the English Language, became a part of who I am and a passion for continuous learning. I truly believe that when a teacher has a love for his or her subject and for passing it on, it shines through. My students have always picked up on this enthusiasm, and have gracefully tried to shine to the best of their abilities. Throughout my career, I have tried to set not only high expectations to help students reach their full potential, but reasonable expectations that encouraged my students and helped them grow in a healthy environment. I put a great deal of time into planning and organizing each session, in order to clearly communicate lessons and help manage student expectations. Communication is essential to yield effective teaching and promising results; therefore, prior to teaching the lesson's objects, I learned that communicating what the outcomes are, plays a big role in getting the messages across in lessons. My dedication and my love for teaching have since day one empowered me to grow and succeed as a teacher and a coordinator.
