Art is a therapeutic method and practice for a balanced life with aesthetic value and acceptances. Art is a medium where people can found themselves truly without any regrets. It's helps us to grow.. to learn and improves our motor skills, concentration and day to day living. I usually practice in this method of art practicing which we can see everyday and can imagine. Also we need to know theories too, cause if we do not reread our own visual history we can not be able to create anything. Seeing exhibition, exploring workshops, doing assignment are the basic parts also through discussion of a particular topic is very important cause Art Practice is very much vast so it is need to practice properly with proper mentorship.
