I believe that students should enjoy learning and that they are active in the teaching and learning process. I ensure students can relate to the content being taught and use real life examples to connect the learning materials. I cater to the different learning styles as each student learn in their own unique way. I use technology to integrate the lesson content and make it fun and interactive. I have been a teacher for 10 years and have 3 years of International teaching experience working with students who are second language learners of English. I understand and appreciate their culture and seek to make my students good learners in all their endeavours. I have great students learning outcome by moving them from beginners to advance stage of learning on the learning continum. I also seek to motivate my students my encouraging them to believe in themselves and that they can accomplish all their learning goals and more. I am patient and use different learning strategies and techniques to get the best learning outcome for my students. Learning is also assessed using different methods wheter it is formative or summative assessments. I enjoy teaching and working with my students providing that one on one support which is needed to improved my students learning outcome.
