My methodology is very simple and raw. I make sure to involve students frequently during ongoing lectures so that they don't lose interest. My sessions are based on 50% learning and 50% practicals or activities so that students practices what he/she actually learns. I make sure to avoid boredom during class. Also I set the modules in very simple and easy manner so that students absorb everything they learn. And thankfully all my students are satisfied and happy by the end of the class and majority of them are employed in their desired fields. I have good hold over psychology as well and use it as a medium to understand and analyse my students and then work accordingly. I understand their capabilities, problems and learning capacity and teach them accordingly. I make it sure that all doubts and concerns of the students are cleared in the shortest mean time.
