Yoga is a path that has radically transformed my life. I'm sure many others will find it relatable. I have been teaching yoga, self-practising asana, pranayama and meditation since 2020. Now after teaching for almost 2 years I realised that teaching is my new love.

I have been very fortunate to have found the love for fitness more than a decade back. It all started during my school days from swimming long distance at Dal Lake (5.6 KMS), boating and trekking. Fitness has been an internal journey. It has always been about fighting the self made demons for a better version of self. The whole attitude from fitness helped me in being a Co-founder of an Outdoor Venture known as Get Beyond Limits at Bangalore. We organised more than 1000 outdoor events for masses including corporate companies, schools, colleges and NGOs from 2014.

All this while I have been quite blessed to pursue the self awareness journey through running marathons, triathlons, long distance swimathons, mountaineering, skiing, yoga and cycling. I recently went on a cycle trip from Kashmir to Goa.The idea was to reach Kanyakumari but Covid stopped me.

In Dec 2020 I did my 200 Hours 'Yoga Teacher Training' Course recognized by RYT Yoga Alliance, USA. Since then I have been teaching. My students are from different parts of the country as well as outside India. The journey through Yoga has been beautiful. And I want to share that journey with as many people as I can. I also did YIC ( Yoga Instructor Course) from SVYASA & pursuing a Masters in Yoga Science.

In my classes I love to combine creative flows of asana, pranayama and meditation to nurture life. My intent of the class is to share the idea of a happy and healthy life through the act of yoga.

I always tell my students that yoga is journey that opens road to awareness. Through awareness we become better human being. Other than the spiritual benefits yoga can do the following as well:

Fee details

    7502,000/hour (US$8.8423.58/hour)

    I take group classes as well as personalised classed. There are two types of group classes that I take:
    1) Basic to Intermediate group classes (3 days/5 days a week): ₹4400 per month

    2) 30 mins capsule yoga group class (for people with busy schedules): ₹3000 (5 days a week)

    3) Personal 1-1 class (5 days a week): ₹15000 per month
